This 2014 protester in Maidan has borrowed from two different themes: "Ghostface" from the 1996 movie Scream and the "Grim Reaper" with roots in various cultures and ages, including the plague (or Black Death) from the Middle Ages in Europe. But, here, Ukrainian President Yanukovych is being sought for his crimes against the Ukrainian people and his treasonous association with Russian dictator Vladimir Putin. His blade reads "Power, I follow you" and the handle says "Yanukovych, where are you?" On 20FEB2014, his prophetic words were clarified when Volodymyr Parasiuk urged an armed assault on President Yanukovych. Yanukovych fled the following day to Russia after looting Ukraine.
